About the role

• Design and iterate complex workbenches such as dashboards, tables, forms and event feeds using an AI‑assisted design pipeline.
• Validate screens with real users alongside product managers, and hand off detailed specifications to developers.
• Maintain the design system, defending its rules with business stakeholders and adapting it when necessary.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience creating complex interfaces (dashboards, data tables, multi‑state forms) in fintech, trading, logistics or analytics.
• Ability to understand business processes conceptually and translate them into usable UI without extensive research.
• Experience designing with AI‑generated UI or building AI‑driven design workflows.
• Fluent in Russian and proficient in English for documentation.

Required skills

• Figma
• AI design tools
• Component logic and systematic thinking

What we offer

• Ownership of the design system for a platform that will run an entire company.
• Direct access to founders and senior decision‑makers.
• Generous AI tooling budget and a fully remote long‑term contract with regular travel to Dubai.
• Competitive compensation discussed individually.
