Product Manager - Card Products

About the role

Astra Tech is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of its card portfolio, which includes multi‑currency prepaid cards, salary cards, and credit cards. The role requires deep knowledge of the card payments ecosystem and a proven ability to launch successful card products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end product development, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
• Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Manage stakeholder communication, gathering feedback from customers, sales, and support teams.
• Monitor product performance using key metrics, drive optimisations, and manage the product lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and work closely with legal, compliance, schemes, and card processors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of product management experience focused on card‑related products.
• Demonstrated track record of launching and managing prepaid, salary, or credit card products.

• Strong understanding of the card payments industry, trends, technologies, and regulatory environment.
