Product Owner – Airline Operations Crew Systems & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the development of technology‑driven solutions for airline operations, crew systems and maintenance. The role bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that products meet both customer expectations and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create, maintain and prioritize the product backlog, translating business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development, QA and architecture teams to plan sprints, refine backlog items and deliver product increments on time.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Develop and update the product roadmap, adjusting priorities based on evolving requirements and market trends.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, review deliverables and ensure product quality.
• Gather feedback from end‑users and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify risks, dependencies and constraints, working with teams to mitigate them.
• Support KPI definition, analytics monitoring and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Technical Lead in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong understanding of airline industry processes and operations.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

Required skills

• Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of system architecture, APIs and integrations.
