Product Owner – Guest Experience (Digital)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner – Guest Experience to lead the definition, development, and continuous improvement of digital products that shape the guest journey across all channels for a leading semi‑government organization in Dubai. This 12‑month contract role reports to the Head of Brand & Communications and will drive product vision, strategy, and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for guest‑focused digital solutions.
• Manage the product backlog, write detailed user stories, and guide delivery teams using Agile practices.
• Champion guest experience through journey mapping, accessibility standards, and continuous feedback loops.
• Ensure products generate revenue, increase engagement, and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders in business, operations, and IT to maintain alignment.
• Track and analyse product performance to optimise user experience and business impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Media or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital transformation and consumer‑facing products.
• Proven expertise in digital platforms, CMS, CRM, personalization, loyalty programmes and eCommerce.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Relevant certifications (CSPO, SAFe or equivalent) are preferred.
• Immediate availability or able to start within 30 days and eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates.
