Product & Revenue Manager – Tours & Experiences

About the role

You will own how Boat Trips Club appears on social media, creating content, running influencer and creator partnerships, and growing a trusted community that books with us. You will report directly to the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok and other social channels.
• Shoot and edit short‑form video and photos on location at our Dubai experiences.
• Run the influencer and creator program: sourcing, vetting, outreach, agreements and ensuring deliverables.
• Grow and manage the community by handling comments, DMs and broadcast channels.
• Transform creator and customer content into posts, stories and social proof.
• Track performance metrics and report on successes and areas for improvement.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for ideas, captions, editing, scheduling and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years managing social media for travel, tourism, hospitality or experience brands.
• Strong short‑form video production skills and experience running influencer/creator collaborations.
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok formats, trends and performance drivers.
• Daily practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Clear written English and familiarity with Meta Business Suite; paid‑social experience is a plus.
