Product Specialist – CNS (Pharma Sales)

About the role

The Product Specialist – CNS will promote and drive sales of assigned pharmaceutical products across the UAE. You will engage directly with healthcare professionals, build strong relationships, and ensure product knowledge translates into market success.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell CNS products to doctors, pharmacists and key decision‑makers, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Conduct regular territory visits to ensure optimal coverage of healthcare institutions and key accounts.
• Provide product training and educational support to HCPs, sales teams and distribution partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Participate in medical conferences, product launches and organize CME workshops and scientific meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales performance and submit regular reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently in a field‑based environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
