Product Specialist – Investor Relations & Fundraising

About the role

The Product team sits at the intersection of the firm’s clients, investment capabilities and quantitative expertise. It plays a central role in developing new funds and bespoke investment solutions for institutional investors, including separately managed accounts (SMAs). This full‑time position in Abu Dhabi will support the creation of innovative private‑market products.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of new funds, SMAs and other bespoke private‑market investment solutions for institutional clients.
• Work closely with quantitative and investment teams to translate client objectives into appropriate portfolio and product solutions.
• Bring together input from across private‑equity, private‑credit, real‑assets and other alternative‑investment strategies.
• Coordinate across multiple internal teams to develop content and materials required to bring new products to market.
• Translate complex portfolio construction, investment and quantitative analysis into clear, commercially relevant messaging.
• Partner with the Investment Engagement team, equipping them with product knowledge and materials for investor discussions.
• Develop high‑quality presentations and product materials, focusing on investment content and narrative.
• Explain sophisticated investment solutions clearly to clients with varying levels of expertise.

Required profile

• Experience within private markets or a broader asset‑management platform.
• Strong exposure to alternative investments through product, strategy, portfolio construction, or investment analysis.
• Background at a leading alternative investment manager, GP or large institutional asset manager is highly relevant.
• Strong analytical and numerical capability; comfortable working with quantitative teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• High IQ and EQ, able to engage technical colleagues and convey complex ideas simply.
• Willingness to be based full‑time in Abu Dhabi.
