Product Specialist – Medical Devices (Dubai)

About the role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a reputable medical device company to hire a Product Specialist based in Dubai. You will drive sales growth for surgical products while ensuring high customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales revenue, objectives, and targets for surgical products.
• Research market opportunities, improve product marketability, profitability, and increase market share.
• Build and maintain long‑term professional relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Handle customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and provide product demonstrations and technical support.
• Monitor and analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional, sales, and educational materials.
• Represent the company at events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, laboratory sciences, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in IVD within the UAE.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the UAE market.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and personal car.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
