Product Specialist – Pharmaceutical & Dermatology (Dubai)

About the role

The Product Specialist will promote and sell KMENA’s pharmaceutical, dermatology and OTC products to healthcare professionals across Dubai. The role demands strong product knowledge, excellent communication, and disciplined field execution while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and detail assigned pharmaceutical, dermatology and OTC products to physicians, dermatologists, pharmacists and clinic staff.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, call rate benchmarks and coverage KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
• Conduct daily field visits, product presentations and in‑clinic training sessions.
• Ensure proper visibility, availability and merchandising of OTC products in pharmacies.
• Implement marketing strategies, campaigns and sampling programs.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback.
• Submit daily reports, call logs and territory insights using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative in the Dubai market.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, science or a related medical field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a structured daily field plan.
• Dermatology and OTC experience preferred.
