Production Costing Analyst – SAP S/4HANA (Manufacturing)

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Production Costing Analyst to join our Finance team in Business Bay, Dubai. The role focuses on monitoring, validating and optimizing production costs across multiple manufacturing units, using SAP S/4HANA as the primary tool.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor end‑to‑end production costing and track actual vs. standard consumption.
• Validate Bill of Materials against raw material usage and identify variances.
• Analyze raw material, activity and operational costs, highlighting inefficiencies.
• Review daily production data, flagging higher consumption, lower output or process waste.
• Collaborate with production, supply‑chain and finance teams to ensure data alignment.
• Maintain costing structures in SAP S/4HANA and prepare MIS, variance and performance reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and standard costing processes.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives by recommending corrective actions.

Required profile

• 4–8+ years of experience in production cost analysis or costing.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA costing, production and inventory modules.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and BOM analysis.
