About the role
The Production Executive acts as the bridge between the Client Servicing Department, printing suppliers and posting teams. Based in Dubai, you will ensure that outdoor media designs are produced to the highest quality, meet site specifications and are delivered on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with external vendors to meet printing deadlines and quality standards.
- Prepare and verify printing files using graphic software.
- Visit sites to confirm artwork dimensions and placement.
- Check the quality and dimensions of printed materials before dispatch.
- Manage price quotations and maintain databases related to production orders.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Production Executive or Graphic Designer in outdoor media.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Technical background with ability to verify site specifications.
- Strong time‑management and attention to detail.
