Production Helper – Salt & Spices Unit

About the role

GMG is seeking an entry‑level Production Helper to support the Salt and Spices production line in its Dubai manufacturing facility. The role involves assisting the production process while maintaining strict food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the production line in the factory, loading and unloading items from machines.
• Maintain a clean workstation and production floor by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
• Feed or place items onto equipment for processing and ensure smooth operation.
• Pull damaged or ineffective product off the line and scrape waste material following SOPs.
• Support food‑safety procedures throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts.
