Production Manager – Luxury Apparel

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development and manufacturing of luxury Ready‑to‑Wear and Couture collections for a high‑net‑worth client. The role combines strategic sourcing, production planning, and quality control to ensure premium garments are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage luxury material sourcing, procurement and vendor relationships.
• Oversee production planning, inventory management, bill of materials and ERP workflows.
• Coordinate printing, embroidery, cutting, assembly and final delivery processes.
• Maintain strict quality standards across all production stages.
• Track production costs, timelines and operational KPIs.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in luxury apparel, high‑end womenswear or direct‑to‑consumer fashion.
• Strong knowledge of luxury fabrics, garment construction, printing and embroidery.
• Proven expertise in inventory control, sourcing and vendor management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Production, Textile Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
