Essa.Beauty, an award‑winning salon in Dubai, is seeking a full‑time Hairstylist to join its on‑site team. You will deliver a full range of hair services, from cutting and styling to blow‑drying and treatment applications, while upholding the salon’s high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and recommend suitable hair solutions.
• Perform hair cutting, styling, blow‑drying, and treatment applications with precision.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to health‑and‑safety protocols.
• Coordinate with makeup and other service teams to create cohesive client experiences.
• Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in cosmetology with relevant training or certification.
• Proven customer‑service orientation and ability to build repeat business.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours, with punctuality and reliability.
