About the role

Zayed University’s College of Education is seeking energetic and innovative faculty members to advance the UAE’s education system through teaching, research, and professional development. The position supports undergraduate and master’s programmes that prepare future teachers, school leaders, and administrators.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses, including occasional weekend master’s classes.
• Develop new courses and curricula aligned with national education reforms.
• Participate in college‑wide committees and collaborative research projects.
• Engage with UAE schools, the Ministry of Education, and regional education councils.
• Contribute to the College’s accreditation and program expansion efforts.

Required profile

• Doctorate in Early Childhood Education, Mathematics Education, Science Education, Educational Leadership, Special Education, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated record of scholarly publications and an active research agenda.
• Experience teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Ability to work with second‑language learners is a plus.
• Professional development experience in K‑12 education valued.
