Project Coordinator – Engineering & Capability Programs

About the role

Powertech is looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support complex engineering and capability development programmes within its Project Management Office. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to keep schedules on track, manage documentation and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of project schedules, work breakdown structures and resource plans.
• Track progress against milestones, highlight risks or delays and maintain project baselines.
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs and performance reports (cost, schedule, risk) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring version control, traceability and handling of sensitive information.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities across engineering and support teams, including design reviews, build activities and commissioning.
• Organise meetings, workshops and technical reviews, prepare agendas, capture minutes and track action items.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, PMO or project support roles.
• Experience supporting engineering, aerospace, defence or technical projects is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Familiarity with PMI, CAPM or PMP methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
