Project Coordinator / PMO (On‑site, Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Project Coordinator / PMO provides essential on‑site administrative support to the delivery team of large data‑center projects in Abu Dhabi. Working in a fast‑paced, complex environment, you will ensure that daily processes, documentation and reporting are accurate and timely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, file and maintain Daily Task EHS documentation in both electronic and hard‑copy formats.
• Prepare toolbox talks and attend EHS meetings in the absence of the EHS Manager.
• Coordinate safety training for new personnel and visitors, liaising with third parties for required documentation.
• Log and load personnel data into the Data Scope System (site personnel management).
• Book, track and chase deliveries as needed.
• Process timesheets, generate overviews and statistics, and support the Site and Project Managers with daily activity reports.
• Maintain short‑term (3‑4 weeks) work schedules and daily task progress records.
• Collect, collate and file third‑party test results, calibration certificates, and site engineer test results on SharePoint.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role for a major global corporation.
• Construction industry background with at least 3 years of team administration in a demanding environment.
• Able to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi five days a week and hold the right to work in the UAE.
• Proactive, accountable, structured and comfortable interacting with a wide variety of stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with the Microsoft product suite.
• Familiarity with Compass, Datascope, ViewPoint and SharePoint (preferred).
