Project Delivery Engineer

About the role

The Project Delivery Engineer will lead the execution of assigned projects, ensuring they meet tender specifications, client delivery dates, and drawing approvals while maintaining project margins and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute each assigned project 100% in accordance with tender, specifications, and client delivery dates.
• Maintain project margin and claim variations as required.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure high satisfaction.
• Obtain purchase orders, approximate delivery dates, and review cost sheets, quotations, specifications, and drawings.
• Coordinate discrepancies with sales engineers and introduce the company to clients.
• Hand over client inputs to the CADD manager for drawing revisions and as‑built drawings.
• Adhere to health & safety guidelines on site and in the factory.
• Review and obtain approval for design drawings, manage material procurement, and release orders for manufacturing.
• Coordinate production, shipping, packing lists, invoicing, and site installation.
• Close out projects by verifying total value, matching purchase orders, and forwarding as‑built drawings to the client.

Required profile

• Legally authorized to work in the United Arab Emirates.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage project documentation and variations.

Required skills

• CADD (Computer‑Aided Design and Drafting) tools.
