About the role
Emirates is looking for an experienced Project Management Specialist to strengthen project management capability across the Emirates Group. You will lead the development of a Centre of Excellence, provide expert advice on standards, and support high‑value projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Project Management Knowledge Centre, including taxonomy, resource cataloguing, and library management.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and advise on new tools and techniques.
- Lead multiple business project teams (up to AED 50 million) ensuring governance, cost, and schedule compliance.
- Design and deliver basic, intermediate, and advanced project management training programmes using blended learning approaches.
- Negotiate and monitor service level agreements with business units to support competency development.
- Influence business units to define project management requirements and create targeted skill‑enhancement programmes.
- Continuously review training and assessment approaches, using TNA tools to address capability gaps.
- Produce regular metrics and reports on project management maturity across the organisation.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Professional project management certification (CAPM, PMP, and/or PRINCE2 Practitioner).
- Relevant project experience, preferably with coaching or mentoring responsibilities.
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
