Project Manager – Artificial Intelligence

About the role

The AI Project Manager will lead financial planning and portfolio oversight for artificial‑intelligence initiatives, ensuring resources are optimised and projects align with strategic goals. You will translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions and drive data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and resource allocation for AI projects.
• Monitor portfolio performance, utilisation and KPI alignment.
• Identify innovative AI use‑cases, pilot projects and build the AI strategic roadmap.
• Collaborate with business units, IT and external vendors to deploy AI solutions.
• Prepare periodic performance, risk and budget reports for stakeholders.
• Manage intelligent platforms, interactive dashboards and business‑intelligence tools.
• Mentor team members in data engineering, analytics and AI methodologies.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and raise organisational awareness of AI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing AI or data‑analytics projects.
• Strong financial planning and portfolio management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
