Project Manager Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager Consultant to lead the development of commercial and residential projects. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning and design through execution and handover, ensuring alignment with market and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery for mixed‑use, commercial and residential developments.
• Coordinate planning and design teams, facility management, leasing and sales functions.
• Work with external consultants and contractors to meet construction and infrastructure requirements.
• Develop commercial feasibility studies and business cases.
• Prepare and present stakeholder reports and updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate or Project Management.
• Proven experience in commercial and residential project development.
• Strong background in civil engineering combined with business or real‑estate knowledge.
• Familiarity with the UAE real‑estate market is preferred.
