Project Manager – Geotechnical & Marine Construction

About the role

Ammico is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead geotechnical and marine construction projects from the Dubai office. You will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering complex foundation and marine works while ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project execution plans, construction methodologies, schedules, resource allocations and budgets for piling, diaphragm walls, shoring and ground improvement works.
• Monitor progress, conduct regular review meetings and implement corrective actions to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Oversee mobilization and demobilization of manpower, equipment and materials.
• Resolve technical, contractual, commercial and construction issues and ensure successful testing, inspections and close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of piling, diaphragm wall, shoring and foundation engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, quality standards and HSE requirements.
