Project Manager – Graduate Development Programs

About the role

The Project Manager will lead Majid Al Futtaim Retail’s graduate development programmes for UAE nationals. The role ensures the design, delivery and successful completion of the talent pipeline, aligning graduates’ career paths with the company’s strategic retail objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of graduate programmes, adhering to defined timelines and processes.
• Coordinate with People & Organisation (P&O) champions, Learning & Development teams and business leaders to secure resources.
• Design and implement Individual Development Plans and rotation schedules for each graduate.
• Assess graduates’ skills and performance, matching them to suitable long‑term roles.
• Provide continuous coaching, feedback and performance reviews throughout the programme.
• Monitor programme metrics and report progress to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent management, graduate programmes or HR project delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with a focus on results.
• Experience working in a retail or fast‑moving consumer goods environment is a plus.
