Project Manager – PMC for Upstream Oil & Gas

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the PMC activities of a major upstream oil & gas project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from FEED through to start‑up and hand‑over, with a focus on Early Production Facilities and gas‑treatment assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multidisciplinary upstream projects, including FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, pre‑commissioning, commissioning, start‑up and hand‑over.
• Coordinate EPC contractors, engineering consultants, vendors and multiple project interfaces.
• Control project schedule, cost, risk, change, contracts, quality, HSE and overall delivery.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, specifications and execution requirements.
• Lead stakeholder and client management, particularly with ADNOC and other contractors.

Required profile

• 20+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry, with extensive project management of upstream projects.
• Proven experience in an ADNOC PMC/EPC environment and knowledge of ADNOC standards.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Experience in both greenfield and brownfield upstream projects is an advantage.
