Project Manager – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Healthcare

About the role

The Project Manager – RCM Healthcare will lead end‑to‑end project delivery for revenue cycle management initiatives, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal standards. This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Plan project timelines, define scope, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor progress to meet milestones and budgets, managing stakeholder communication.
• Prepare status reports, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with product, technical, and operations teams to optimize RCM processes and support system implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement in healthcare delivery and financial performance.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in project management within healthcare or RCM environments.
• Hands‑on experience with expediting and expeditor functions.
• Experience in inspection and quality‑control activities.
• Knowledge of logistics management for information and resource movement.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management processes, claims workflows, and payer‑provider dynamics.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with project‑management tools and Agile or hybrid methods; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Engineering or a related field; experience in Middle East healthcare markets beneficial.
