Project Manager – Technology & Systems Integration

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of technology and systems integration projects from initiation through closure, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will collaborate with senior managers, technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders across multiple concurrent projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day execution of assigned projects, maintaining schedules, task trackers, RAID logs and change request records.
• Monitor progress against approved baselines, escalating risks, deviations and delays promptly.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, vendors, subcontractors, procurement and client representatives.
• Track deliverables, milestones, approvals and operational dependencies to ensure timely execution.
• Support resource planning, effort tracking and timeline management.
• Oversee UAT, deployment readiness, transition to support and project closure activities.
• Participate in governance meetings, progress reviews and status reporting sessions.

Required profile

• Strong coordination, communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience managing technology or systems integration projects.
• Proven capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining governance standards.
• Ability to work closely with senior management, technical teams and external partners.

Required skills

• Project scheduling and tracking tools (e.g., Gantt charts, task trackers).
• Risk, Issue, Assumption, and Dependency (RAID) management.
• Change request and documentation management.
• Stakeholder communication and reporting.
