Project Planner Graduate Engineer (Emirati Nationals Only)

About the role

KBR is seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team in Abu Dhabi. The role is designed for fresh engineering graduates who are Emirati nationals and are eager to start a career in project planning within the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior planners in developing and maintaining project schedules and baselines.
• Support the preparation of progress reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to gather data required for schedule updates.
• Participate in project meetings and document action items related to planning.
• Help ensure compliance with KBR’s planning standards and client requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline, officially issued by the university.
• Emirati national status (mandatory).
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior exposure to oil and gas projects is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of project scheduling concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
