Project Sales Coordinator cum Office Administrator

About the role

AQUA ONE STEEL & ALUMINUM is seeking an experienced Project Sales Coordinator cum Office Administrator to manage sales enquiries, quotations and office administration while coordinating closely with project sites and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle project‑related sales inquiries, prepare quotations, BOQs, price comparisons and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to track project specifications, drawings and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process LPOs, sales orders, proforma invoices, delivery notes and invoices.
• Manage material and delivery coordination with warehouse, fabrication team, suppliers and drivers.
• Maintain document control for quotations, LPOs, technical submittals, approvals and correspondence.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations, orders, deliveries and payments in liaison with the accounts team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project sales coordination or similar role within UAE construction, steel/aluminium fabrication or building‑materials sector.
• Ability to read basic architectural, structural, MEP and shop drawings and understand specifications and BOQs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client, contractor and internal coordination.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred) for occasional site visits.
