Project Specialist – Patient Experience

About the role

We are seeking a Project Specialist to lead patient experience initiatives at SSMC in Abu Dhabi. The role supports high‑impact projects across executive services, CSR, and patient services, acting as the central coordination hub to ensure seamless execution and professional communication.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level administrative support to the CPEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support execution of strategic projects such as CSR initiatives, VIP and international patient services, and special assignments from the CEO’s office.
• Coordinate with internal departments, corporate headquarters, and external partners to align priorities and maintain clear communication.
• Compile data, create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, and develop reports to support decision‑making.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the CPEO office, handling queries with discretion and fostering positive relationships.
• Organise filing systems, documentation, and records related to projects and patient experience programs.
• Support logistics for events, recognition programs, and high‑profile activities within the Patient Experience division.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Polished, professional demeanor with a hospitality mindset.
• Ability to anticipate needs, think strategically, and prioritize effectively.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
