Project Surveyor – Measurement & Cost Planning

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Project Surveyor to join our Dubai team. The role involves delivering accurate surveying, measurement and cost‑planning services across a variety of infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities
- Perform measurement tasks and quantity take‑offs using AECOM’s CostX and AutoCAD tools.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities, progress valuations and change‑management reports.
- Support senior team members in pre‑ and post‑contract estimates and final account preparation.
- Collect market quotations, benchmark data and assist with internal reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related construction field.
- 1‑2 years of post‑graduate experience in surveying, measurement or cost planning.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai or work locally.
Required skills
- CostX software.
- AutoCAD.
- Measurement and quantity take‑off techniques.
- Preparation of Bills of Quantities.
