Property Consultant

About the role

We're looking for ambitious Real Estate Consultants to join our brokerage, specializing in off‑plan and resale properties in Dubai. The role involves working with clients to understand their investment and lifestyle goals, staying up‑to‑date on developer launches, payment plans and market trends, and guiding them through viewings, negotiations and transaction processes.

Key responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their investment and lifestyle goals.
• Stay up to date on the latest developer launches, payment plans, and resale market prices and trends.
• Arrange property viewings, show apartment tours, and project presentations with developers.
• Negotiate terms and guide clients through booking forms, Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), and payment schedules.
• Handle resale transactions through to transfer, including Form F and developer NOCs.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and accuracy in all legal and financial documents.

Required profile

• Experience in real estate.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving licence (a plus).
• Confident, ambitious, target‑driven personality.
• Strong interest in building a career in the Dubai real estate market.
