About the role
We’re hiring a Real Estate Broker in Dubai to join Awasa Real Estate and grow your career in one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets. The position is full‑time and based on‑site in Dubai, UAE. The role offers an attractive commission structure, marketing and company support, and a professional work environment. Candidates will work directly with clients to generate leads and close deals.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in the UAE real‑estate market (mandatory).
- Strong sales, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals.
- RERA certification is a plus.
- Motivated, professional and target‑driven.
