Property Consultant – Real Estate Sales

About the role

Valorem Real Estate Brokers is seeking an experienced Property Consultant to join its dynamic sales team in Dubai. You will be responsible for driving property sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the firm’s growth in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Conduct market analysis to stay informed on trends, pricing, and competition.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in real‑estate transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a senior sales consultant in real estate.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, including current trends and pricing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the local real‑estate market.
