Property & Investment Consultant (Russian Speaker)

About the role

Tanami Properties is seeking a motivated Property and Investment Consultant who speaks Russian to connect clients with upcoming off‑plan projects in Dubai. You will guide investors and end‑users through the purchase process, helping them maximise returns in a fast‑growing market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell off‑plan properties from top‑tier Dubai developers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end‑users, and developer sales teams.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real‑estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven off‑plan sales experience in Dubai (luxury segment preferred).
• Self‑motivated brokers seeking growth, mentorship and structured development.
• Strong investment mindset and market understanding.
• Professional, ambitious and performance‑driven attitude.
• Mandatory English proficiency; Russian (preferred) and Uzbek (preferred).

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with Geniemap.
• Use of Property Monitor.
• Knowledge of Property Finder.
• Knowledge of Bayut.
• Knowledge of Dubizzle.
