Property Manager – Holiday Homes

About the role

Nestovia is hiring a proactive and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of its growing holiday‑home portfolio in Dubai. The role is suited to a professional with Airbnb or short‑term rental experience who can maintain guest‑ready properties, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, manage guest communications, and deliver consistently high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs while ensuring an excellent guest experience
• Monitor housekeeping schedules and confirm properties are clean and guest‑ready
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on repairs promptly
• Conduct routine property inspections to maintain quality standards
• Liaise with cleaners, maintenance teams, vendors, and guests
• Respond to guest enquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently
• Ensure properties are well‑maintained, accurately presented, and ready for occupancy
• Oversee multiple properties while maintaining excellent service standards

Required profile

• Previous experience managing Airbnb properties, short‑term rentals, or holiday homes
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Excellent coordination, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
• Hands‑on approach with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize daily tasks
• Dubai holiday‑home industry experience is a strong advantage
• Strong knowledge of holiday‑home and Airbnb operations, guest relations, hospitality management, property inspections, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination
