Property Sales Consultant – Dubai

About the role

City Stay Real Estate is seeking motivated, results‑driven Property Sales Consultants to join its growing team in Dubai. You will help clients buy, sell, and rent properties while building strong relationships with owners and prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Assist clients with buying, selling and rental requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and deliver professional presentations.
• Source new listings, maintain an updated property database and keep accurate CRM records.
• Negotiate and coordinate with clients, owners and other parties to close transactions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and stay updated on Dubai’s market trends.

Required profile

• Previous UAE real‑estate sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Confident, professional and target‑driven attitude.
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s property market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good English proficiency and a UAE driving licence (advantage).
