Public Area Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the InterContinental Dubai Marina team as a Public Area Attendant, delivering warm and sophisticated experiences to guests in our pool, gym, and spa areas. You will help create a safe, clean, and inviting environment for visitors seeking relaxation and wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a friendly smile as they arrive at the pool, gym, or spa.
• Maintain recreation areas to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Provide guests with information about wellness services, facilities, and relaxation options.
• Supply towels, refreshments, and other essentials while keeping inventory organized.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recreation, guest service, or a wellness‑related role, preferably within a hotel or resort.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining hygiene standards.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Friendly, energetic, guest‑oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
