Public Relations Account Manager – Consumer Division

About the role

Empyre Communications, a leading independent PR and marketing agency in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Public Relations Account Manager to head its Consumer Division. You will own high‑profile accounts across hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, beauty and wellness, shaping strategic PR and integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Consumer Division team, providing direction, feedback and mentorship.
• Manage multiple client accounts, maintaining strong, professional relationships.
• Oversee daily account activities, workloads, deadlines and deliverables.
• Create monthly account plans and ensure execution of agreed activities.
• Design and implement strategic PR and integrated marketing campaigns to maximise client exposure.
• Support business development by preparing proposals and participating in pitch meetings.
• Track coverage targets, report progress to clients and ensure quality of work.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public relations or communications within the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape and ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Leadership skills with a track record of managing junior and senior account staff.
• Commercially driven, ambitious and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced agency environment.
