Public Relations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Public Relations Specialist to shape and protect the public image of our medical centre. You will lead PR initiatives, collaborate with influencers and media, and ensure our brand remains visible and reputable across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and communication strategies that enhance the centre’s brand image.
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers, content creators, media agencies, and social media personalities.
• Coordinate influencer visits, campaigns, collaborations and promotional activities, negotiating terms and tracking ROI.
• Draft press releases, official statements, media kits and other promotional content.
• Handle media inquiries and manage public communications professionally.
• Organise events, launches, awareness campaigns and community‑engagement activities.
• Work closely with doctors and departments to promote services and medical campaigns.
• Monitor social‑media trends, identify suitable influencers and ensure compliance with healthcare advertising regulations.
• Manage reputation, respond to public feedback and support content planning for social media and branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing or media relations.
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness or medical centres is preferred.
• Strong network with local influencers and media agencies is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
