Purchaser / Car Buyer

About the role

Dubizzle is seeking a Purchaser/Car Buyer to price and acquire vehicles for its online marketplace. The role focuses on generating new listings, maintaining healthy inventory, and meeting sales targets for the UAE's largest used‑car classified platform.

Key responsibilities

• Price a wide range of vehicles within Dubizzle’s guidelines, adjusting for mileage, colour, warranty, engine, specifications and condition.
• Negotiate with customers to secure sales with maximum margin (target 10%).
• Purchase cars that meet defined criteria and ensure competitive pricing for managed services.
• Maintain average stock age of 30 days and achieve monthly margin and volume targets.
• Conduct outbound calls to generate new branch sign‑ups.
• Enter customer and vehicle data accurately into Salesforce CRM.
• Build and maintain relationships to generate future business.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Minimum 2 years of automotive experience.
• Proven track record in a similar purchasing or sales role.
• In‑depth knowledge of the GCC used‑car market, makes and models.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM (or similar CRM software).
