QA Customer Supply Chain Manager – GNA & KSA

About the role

FrieslandCampina is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead food safety, quality and compliance across the GNA, KSA and Levant regions. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality and consumer trust across external manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, co‑packers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complaint management, root‑cause investigations and corrective‑action implementation.
• Oversee QA activities across external manufacturers, distributors, warehouses and co‑packers.
• Develop and implement quality systems, procedures and standards aligned with corporate and local regulations.
• Drive audit readiness and execute distributor, customer and partner audits.
• Provide QA leadership for new product development, innovation projects and market launches.
• Manage product stability programs, transport validation trials and storage standards.
• Lead crisis‑management activities, including mock recalls, traceability exercises and incident response.
• Partner with commercial, sales, regulatory and supply‑chain teams to use food safety as a competitive advantage.
• Monitor regional quality performance, report to management and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Technology, Total Quality Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years progressive QA experience in food, dairy, FMCG or manufacturing, preferably in a dairy customer supply‑chain.
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety & Quality Management Systems, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing quality in complex, multi‑country commercial supply chains.
• Knowledge of dairy products and production processes.
• Experience working in matrix organisations and cross‑functional environments.
