About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented QHSE Officer to join our team in the UAE and drive excellence in Quality, Safety, Health & Environment across operations.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, procedures, and UAE regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections.
- Monitor and improve QHSE performance and reporting systems.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs.
- Maintain QHSE documentation and ensure ISO standards compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, safety or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of QHSE experience in the UAE.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.
- Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations.
- NEBOSH certification (mandatory).
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
