Quality Control Specialist – Manufacturing (Defence Aerospace)

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join its defence aerospace manufacturing operation in Abu Dhabi. The role works independently from production to ensure raw materials, processes and finished products meet strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and components.
• Inspect first‑off products after line start‑up and after mold changes.
• Conduct periodic inspections during production and final sampling of finished goods.
• Measure dimensions, weight, appearance and other defined parameters.
• Record defects, block non‑conforming items and support root‑cause analysis.
• Verify that inspection and measuring equipment is calibrated and serviceable.
• Maintain quality traceability and comply with EHS requirements.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in manufacturing quality control.
• Familiarity with control charts, acceptance criteria and product traceability.
• Knowledge of non‑conformity management and defect analysis.
