Quantity Surveyor – Engineering Consultancy in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our Engineering Consultancy Team in Dubai, UAE. The role involves managing cost aspects of construction and engineering projects, ensuring accurate measurement, budgeting and contract administration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take‑offs, cost estimates and Bills of Quantities for diverse projects.
• Measure works and monitor variations, payment applications and interim payment certificates.
• Review contracts, including FIDIC terms, and support tendering and procurement processes.
• Control project costs, perform cost‑control analysis and assist in financial management.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure accurate cost data throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction or engineering consultancy sector.
• Strong analytical, communication and reporting abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with quantity surveying software for take‑off and BOQ preparation.
