Real Estate Administration Officer (Broker & Developer)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Real Estate Administration Officer to manage end‑to‑end property transactions, oversee critical documentation, and support clients, agents, and developers in Dubai. The role combines legal oversight, operational coordination, and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute sales offers, reservation forms, Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and other contracts.
• Manage joint‑venture, development and agency agreements, including pricing strategies and payment plans.
• Coordinate mortgage processes with banks and support external developers on transactions and NOC requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, project updates, Oqood registrations and complaint resolution.
• Oversee post‑handover services, warranty follow‑ups, property maintenance, project registrations and escrow activations.
• Issue collection notices, manage commission payments, fee waivers and payment extensions with high accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in real‑estate operations, documentation and client support.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in preparing legal and commercial real‑estate documents.
• Familiarity with mortgage coordination and banking procedures.
• Knowledge of local real‑estate regulations and compliance requirements.
