Real Estate Agent – Dubai

About the role

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its Dubai sales team and seeks dynamic Real Estate Agents to drive property transactions in a fast‑moving market. You will join a multinational team, leveraging fresh leads and comprehensive marketing support to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and nurture client relationships to generate property sales.
• Negotiate terms, prepare contracts and close real‑estate transactions.
• Maintain and update client and property data using company tools.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximise lead conversion.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a commission‑based structure.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in real‑estate or luxury sales, preferably in the UAE/Dubai.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Professional, motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
• European language skills are an advantage.
