Real Estate Agent – Dubai

About the role

The Real Estate Agent role at LUXVEN REAL ESTATE is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai. The agent will manage the complete sales and leasing cycle, from prospecting new clients to negotiating offers and finalising contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new client leads.
• Conduct property viewings and advise clients on suitable options.
• Negotiate offers and close sales or lease agreements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date property listings on online platforms.
• Prepare, review and manage contracts and related documentation.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai real‑estate regulations.
• Follow up with clients, provide market insights and support repeat business.

Required profile

• Strong client service and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proven sales, negotiation and closing experience in property transactions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English.
• Organised, able to handle multiple listings and appointments.
• Good knowledge of Dubai real‑estate market and local regulations.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Valid real‑estate licence or eligibility to obtain one in Dubai.
