Real Estate Agent – Dubai Market

About the role

Luminova Real Estate is expanding its Dubai office and is looking for experienced Real Estate Agents to drive sales across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on closing deals, managing client relationships, and contributing to the agency’s growth in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure property buyers and sellers in the UAE market.
• Maintain a documented pipeline of deals from lead generation to closing.
• Utilise CRM tools to track client interactions and project portfolios.
• Participate in roadshows, exclusive events, and agency‑wide reward programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Ras Al Khaimah real‑estate market.
• Verified track record of closed sales, either on the developer or broker side.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages such as German, Russian, Mandarin, Turkish, or Arabic are advantageous.

• Solid knowledge of CRM systems.
