Real Estate Agent – Dubai – Up to 70% Commission

About the role

Palmline Real Estate is expanding its Dubai sales team and seeks experienced Real Estate Agents to drive off‑plan and secondary market property sales. You will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, and guide buyers through the entire purchase process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales in both off‑plan and secondary markets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with buyers and developers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year proven real‑estate sales experience in Dubai or the UAE.
• Evidence of closed deals or strong sales performance.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain it within 30 days.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
