About the role

Engel & Völkers Dubai is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join its luxury property team. You will work with high‑value residential and commercial assets, providing a premium, consultative experience to buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, landlords and buyers.
• Generate new business through networking, cold calls and market expertise.
• List, market and promote properties using the company’s premium tools and platforms.
• Conduct property viewings, valuations and market analyses.
• Negotiate and close high‑value transactions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Dubai market trends, regulations and pricing.
• Deliver a high‑end, consultative client experience from first contact to closing.

• Highly motivated, target‑driven and financially ambitious.
• Confident, professional and resilient under pressure.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and real‑estate marketing platforms.
